Over the last 20 years, from 49,000 tons made over the 1995-1996 season, we have grown to more than 71,000 tons in 2016. Liquids, growing media and mass-produced products have added to our product offerings.
As part of our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) commitment, we drafted Frayssinet’s Human Resources policy. It unfolds according to 4 axes: recruitment, integration, training and quality of life, which founds the “social contract” Frayssinet. Frayssinet employees assessed their overall level of trust in the company at 18/20 and their level of job satisfaction at 16/20 in an internal CSR survey.
