Interview Christophe JOUCLA, since 2019 at FRAYSSINET.
After the first year of my Masters at BOSCH, I felt the need to return to my roots. As a child of the valley, I obviously knew Frayssinet by name, by its products and by its excellent reputation. The company is a major and recognised economic player in the Mazamet basin. Frayssinet always receives positive feedback, at every level: quality of life at work, resources allocated, participative management. For me, and I believe for all my generation, taking account of the challenges of sustainable development is an essential aspect. Frayssinet’s exemplary actions in this area convinced me. So I applied for a year’s work-linked training and have since joined the Group as Quality, Safety and Environment Manager.
